Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi is the Founder of "Tahreeq e Labaik Ya Rasool Allah". He was born on 22 June 1966 in Attock, Punjab. This Tahreeq was introduced in 2017. Before he becomes the founder of this Tahreeq, he was a Khateeb in a Mosque and a limited number of people knows him. His style of Bayyan was awesome and outstanding. He died on 19 November 2020.

He belongs to Attock, Punjab. He was a Hafiz e Quran and also a Shaik ul Hadis. He knows the Persian Language. He was disabled in a road accident because of which he was unable to walk. In spite of his disability, he gives his best to maintain the Sean and grandeur of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W).
He was born on 22 June 1966 in Nikatoot, Attock, Punjab in the house of Haji Laal Khan. He got the education of Hifz and Tajweed from the Madrasa of Jehlum and Dina. Then he had completed his Dars e Nizami from Jamia Nazamia Rizvia, Lahore.
